So after making my bone broth I decided to make a tasty meal out of it.
Chicken (I used leftover chicken from my slow cooked chicken)
1 Cup Bone Broth
1 Cup Water
3cm piece of Ginger (Chopped)
1Tbsp Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
2 Spring onions (Green part only)
I added the chicken, bone broth, water, ginger, soy sauce, and one of the spring onions to a pot and left to simmer for 5 minutes. Once the chicken is piping hot I added in the rice noodles, these only take a couple of minutes to cook through. Once cooked through I served up added the rest of the spring onions on top for a garnish and poured over some more soy sauce.
