I LOVE breakfast 🙂 Lets be honest, we don’t all have lots of time in the morning but this is a quick, easy and super yummy recipe that is also low FODMAP. You can have it with whatever you like, I like to serve it with lots of berries, drizzled with some maple syrup.
Gluten Free Bread
Some Cinnamon to taste
Tsp Coconut oil
FODMAP friendly fruit (I chose blueberries, strawberries and some banana)
Maple Syrup to taste
Heat up a pan with the coconut oil, mix up the eggs with cinnamon and coat the bread with the egg mix. Once the pan is hot enough, add in the bread to fry. Fry on each side for two minutes and serve up with fruit and drizzle maple syrup over the top…..so good!
