Recipe – Peanut butter and cacao bliss balls

This is a great little recipe to have handy, it takes minutes to make. You can store these in the fridge and they’re a great little snack to take on the go with you, or I like to enjoy with a nice cup of peppermint tea 🙂

Ingredients

1/2 cup of ground almond

1/3 cup gluten free oats

1/3 cup of desiccated coconut

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp raw cacao

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz for about 30 seconds to one minute. Once a mixture has formed, take a small amount and roll into balls. I decided to coat some of mine in desiccated coconut.

To ensure these remain low FODMAP – try not to have to many at once, if you can resist!
