Getting some Headspace

Recently I have gone through quite a difficult time with my health, I’ve fallen into a bit of a vicious cycle that I need to get out of, in order to return to being me.

When I go through difficult times with my digestive health I often make the mistake of spending too much time worrying about it, which as a result makes it worse.

Sometimes I need a little reminder to stop getting obsessed with all the dark clouds around me and try to remember that the blue sky I have forgotten about, is actually right beside me. One way of doing this is by using the Headspace app. It’s such a simple and charming app, which teaches you the art of mindful meditation. It involves taking a tiny 10 minutes out of your day to sit down and listen to the narrator Andy talk you through the art of meditation. I am just starting to use this app again as I feel like I need to. But from using it in the past I would highly recommend it. It has helped me find so much peace in my sometimes frantic little world.
